Now if you are like me, you age your own homemade cheeses.  This is a great way to age cheese.  I can get a bunch (18) of 2-pound rounds in it.  Mine work excellent!!  In fact, I have 2 of them set up so I can age at different temps/humidity.  It just depends on whether it is goat or cow milk, and the type of cheese.  The temperature ranges from 45 to 65 degrees F on the unit.  I've been using mine for about 5 years now, and they are still going strong.  However, I am moving to town now and selling my milking livestock.  I won't need these extra ones anymore, so I am selling them.
