*This game is used but in like new condition. The leather case is in good shape with no cracks or tears. This is a small backgammon set but is still all the same fun.

*The object of the game is to remove (bear off) all of your checkers from the board before your opponent can do the same to you. The checkers are scattered at first and may be blocked or hit by your opponent.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ!

My Payment Policy is as follows:

*        Payment must be received within 5 days of the end of the auction or 1 day if it is a buy it now item. The quicker you pay, the quicker you get your purchase.

*        Contact me with any problems. I will send one more invoice after the first initial one and after that I will start giving second chance offers.

My Shipping Policy is as follows:

*        I am not responsible for any delays, damages or lost packages, unless insurance is requested and paid for at your expense.

*        I mail all items either the same or next day that your payment clears my PayPal account.

*        I will combine shipping and offer discounts as long as you let me know in advance so I can hold off on sending an invoice if needed for another item ending later than the first.

*        Please use the Postal Calculator to figure your shipping cost, or contact me if you have questions. If you purchase more than one item please wait for a corrected invoice. (I will combine shipping to save you money!)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

*        I prefer not to deal with ANY international shipping at all, however, it never hurts to contact me and ask. I will tell you this much up front though. The final price will be on the customs form and YOU are responsible for any and all fees related to taxes, customs, etc. and these are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges so please check those before bidding.

My Return Policy is as follows:

*        My items are guaranteed to be as I describe them (unless I list them AS IS) or I will refund your purchase price.

*        If you want to return an item please contact me within 3 days and I will refund the bid price ONLY after I receive my item back in the original condition it was sent.

*        Any item must be returned (postmarked & sent out) within 14 days of the original shipping postmark date (when I mailed it).

*        Return shipping will be at buyer’s expense.

*        Any items listed AS IS are sold in unknown or flawed condition and are not returnable for any reason whatsoever.

Other Issues:

·        In any case that a package is lost, damaged, broken, ruined, etc., these types of returns must include pictures of the damaged or broken item(s) with a date/time stamp on the picture, the original packing slip, and copies of all documentation of claims toward USPS insurance for the item.

·         If you paid for the insurance, then it is your responsibility to take care of all paperwork at the nearest post office since you have the item with you.

·        Once the item left my hands, I am no longer responsible for it anymore if you paid to have the insurance.

·        If by chance you denied getting insurance, then I am not responsible for the package or what happens to it in transit to your location since you are paying for shipping. That was your choice, not mine.
