The 65 finalists for the 2008 Housewares Design Awards
have been announced.
Ginsu is honored to have not one but TWO products chosen in the cutlery category as finalist. The Ginsu Chikara 12pc Bamboo Block Set and the Chikara Santoku Knife with Bamboo Cutting Board.
The finalists are selected from a field of more than 300 products representing 13 awards categories. Five finalists are named in each of the thirteen product categories. The “Best in Category” winners will be announced during a special Housewares Design Awards ceremony in New York on February 6, 2008.
The finalists were chosen based on design believed to differentiate a product with unique appearance and/or
function. The panel of judges consisted of design and merchandising experts assembled by 
the International Housewares Association. The judges agreed that the aesthetics, innovative materials and technology, user benefits and market response
were qualities that were met in the Ginsu Chikara series.
Each piece in this cutlery collection is specifically tailored to complete all necessary cutting jobs with ease and precision. When not in use the knives are stored in incredibly strong and visually stunning bamboo knife blocks. Each storage block as well as the cutting board is made of the highest quality, dense, richly grained bamboo. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.
If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. Just call the toll-free phone number in the order receipt you will receive to arrange this. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days. Returned products must be in their original package and must be brand new unused.
Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee when your return has been processed at the warehouse.
