I must be contacted within 3 days of merchandise receipt if a return is to be made. Returns will be granted for damaged merchandise received or if not satisfied with goods sold. Because most of my tiaras are one of a kind, no exchange of goods is possible – only a refund can be issued.  Refunds will be made upon examination of goods returned. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.  AFTER 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS - NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
