Very, very rare. As far as I can tell, this set was never released in the US. I do have several copies of both the Fellowship of the Ring and The Return of the King chess sets, but only 1 of these. As you can see by the photos, it's completely different than the other two, with a lot of fantastic detail. Some light shelving wear on box corners, no rips.
 
Includes three new characters "Warg Rider, Wormtongue, and Treebeard'. Antique Ivory and Chinese Lacquer finish. These are made of the same resin-type material as the other sets, but only have New Line Cinemas as a production name. Pieces range in size from about 2 1/2" to about 5".
