 Book was published by Shocken Press in 1968. This is the "second, augmented edition." Wraps are tight, with some small stains on the back cover and both covers showing some shelf wear. Edges show minor wear, and the spine is somewhat creased.   Binding is tight and the pages remain white and clean.  A very nice reading copy.

All books are packed and shipped very carefully. Solid envelopes and bubble wrap. Shipping cost is 3.50, Media Mail. Please e-mail me for Priority, overnight, or international rates.
