Without the extra services mentioned, all risk of having lost or damaged packages while in the hands of the postal system is absorbed by the buyer.  For international shipments I do not take responsibility for delivery of the packages. However I will be more than happy to provide the international buyer with the customs form number which may or may not be trackable by your customs in your country.
