Antique Cherry Dining Room Set - Great for Entertaining!!

I am selling a 9 piece solid cherry dining room set made by Pennsylvania House. The set consists of a hutch, sideboard, table and six chairs. The hutch is perfect for showing off grandma’s china and the table is great for hosting the whole family at Thanksgiving or Christmas. This set has been in my family for the last 20 years and appraised for $3500 in 2001.  I think it is important to mention that these pictures were taken outside on a very sunny day so the color looks a little orange.  When in the home, the set looks much darker.  Please read below for more details.

Hutch
This piece features 2-piece construction, wood shelves with cut plate grooves, dovetailed drawers and arched and raised panel doors. Notice how the light reflects off the beveled glass in the picture below. This item is in good original condition and maintains its original finish. The measurements of this piece are 54 inches wide, 20 inches deep and 73 1/2 inches high.

Sideboard
This piece features dovetailed drawers, a silverware drawer and arched raised panel doors. This item is in good condition and maintains its original finish. The measurements of this piece are 44 inches wide, 20 inches deep and 35 1/2 inches high.

Table
This table accommodates three leaves and has been kept covered with pads for the last 20 years. It is shown in the picture below without any leaves. This item is in good condition and maintains its original finish. Two of the three leaves have some scratches and need minor repair work. The measurements of this piece are 40 inches wide, 60 inches long and 29 ½ inches high. With all three leaves the table extends to 90 inches in length. The table pads are also included.

Chairs
There are six chairs: four side and two arm. The chairs are in fair condition and maintain their original finish.  The chairs are well used and are all in need of some attention.  Some have loose spindles.  Some legs are a little loose.  All are sitable.

Shipping Method:

Product to be picked up in Holland, MI unless buyer wants to coordinate and pay for packing and shipping.  In this case, I am willing to deliver to a local transport company on your behalf.
