WE DO NOT KNOW THE YEAR MANUFACTURED OR HOW MANY HOURS THERE ARE ON IT, HOUR METER DOESN'T WORK. THE MACHINE HAS A 54" DECK. THE MACHINE HAS A NEW PTO CLUTCH IN IT. THIS MACHINE DOES NOT RUN, IT HAS A BLOWN 23HP KAWASAKI ENGINE. BUYER WILL HAVE TO REPLACE ENGINE. BUYER CAN PUT A DIFFERENT ENGINE IN IT IF DESIRED. IF BUYER WANTS US TO REPLACE ENGINE, LET US KNOW AND WE CAN QUOTE YOU A PRICE FOR DOING SO. Terms of Sale:  It is understood that all equipment is sold “as is” with no exceptions.  Payment must be made within 7 regular days after auction has closed.  Unless otherwise designated, equipment is sold with no warranty, no returns, and no refunds. Paypal will send an automated e-mail notice to confirm receipt of payment within 24 hours once payment has cleared. Please contact us if this did not happened.

Payment Policy

We prefer payment by Paypal, cash, bank certified check, or bank wire.  Remember there is NO sales tax applicable in Delaware. If a complete payment for your purchase has not been received within 7 days, we reserve the right to submit an Unpaid Item Report to eBay. By placing the bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the item and agree with all terms & conditions as outlined on this page. In the case of an accidental purchase, buyers are required to notify us within 24 hours after the end of the auction.

Pick-up Policy

We may assist loading your purchase Monday – Friday 8:00a.m. – 4:00 p.m., other times by appointment only. All pick-up arrangements are made with our eBay contact Joe at 302.632.4884 or Mark at 302.632.0305.  Please note that all shipping common carrier arrangements are the buyer’s responsibility, but we may be able to assist if needed. The point of sale occurs at our Delaware location, so that the equipment is the buyer’s responsibility, once it leaves the Burke Equipment Company premises.
