We offer this service because we want you to be happy with your
new wig(s), and in the event that you are not completely
satisfied, you may request an exchange or a refund. An exchange
or a refund will be processed only if pre-authorized. |
| Following 7 steps need to be followed for any
exchange or return!!! |

You must notify Xenos-wig whether you want an exchange or
return, within 3 days of receiving merchandise by e-mail at
info@xenoswig.com. |

You must request and receive a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. |
| 3. |
For an exchange, you must first make payment arrangements
for the restocking fee of $15.00 or 15% (whichever is greater)
for each item IN ADDITION to the appropriate shipping and
handling fees involved. |
| 4. |
For a refund, Xenos-wigs will deduct $25.00 or 25%
(whichever is greater) for each item AND the shipping and
handling fee from the original payment before refunding the
balance. |
| 5. |
The merchandise must be returned within 2 days of receiving
RMA number from Xenos-wigs. |
| 6. |
The merchandise being returned must be sent back in its
original factory condition and packaging. We cannot accept items
that are not in original factory condition. The return item must
have the original hairnet, labels and tags still attached and
undamaged. Items must not have been worn other than to try it
on. Items altered in any way, washed, exposed to smells, such as
cigarette smoke or perfume will not be accepted. Do not mark any
tape or attach anything that may cause damage to the original
factory packaging/wig box. Damaged packaging/wig box will not be
accepted for return. |

No refunds or exchange for item(s) priced under $40.00 not
including the shipping and handling charges. |
***Not adhering to any of the conditions explicitly
expressed will forfeit your request for return or
exchange.
***In order to avoid any misunderstanding and/or
regrettable transaction, please email us and ask all the
questions that are necessary before making a purchase.
We will try our best to return your emails ASAP, at the
latest; we will return them the very next business day.

***Please understand that when you order a wig from us,
you will not receive a wig that appears to have the same
exact look as the picture displayed in the listing,
especially when you purchase a wavy or curly wig. The
wigs that are being displayed have been styled by our
professional beauticians to give the "best look" with
the professional models wearing it. As the result, you
will need to style it either yourself or with a little
help from a professional stylist. Furthermore, the
colors of the hair look different for any two computer
monitors so please focus on the number of the color and
not how it appears on your monitor.
