This Item is used and works GREAT.

We are a cell phone T-Mobile indirect dealer. Our cell phones are on eBay because our customers no longer wanting either the phone or the service for whatever personal reasons.  We do not sell used phones with plans and thus we have these returned phones just sitting in our inventory! The phones work great! All GSM phones just require an activated T-Mobile SIM card and the phone will turn on.   If you are getting a phone that requires Data, please be sure to add it to your existing plan with T-Mobile.
