Hi and thanks for looking. Up for auction is a guide that I wrote on how to process your own deer and antelope. I was in the meat business for 26 years owning a small home town meat market and have cut up thousands of deer and antelope. I saw the work that the do it yourselfers were doing and decided to write this guide. All guides are new and never used with a binder for easy use, easy to understand language. Priced at a low cost to save you money. Use this guide 1 time and it will pay for itself and will save you $$$$$. Plus I will give you a meat bag for the trimmings that holds enough trim from one deer FREE.

This guide will help you from gutting, skinning, sectioning, cutting, trimming, wrapping and the trimmings. Most people know how to do some of each process thru past experiences but this guide will help you even more. Diagrams are provided throughout with easy directions.
