SHIPPING & HANDLING

We ship daily except weekend via USPS and UPS ground, so payment received before 12 P.M. can expected to be shipped the same day. The shipping cost below is for Continental United State only. Please contact us for actual shipping cost to Hawaii, Alaska and International or other shipping options.  We ship worldwide via USPS Global Express Mail. Due to USPS policy, all international shipment must include a telephone number. Buyer is responsible for all custom fees and/or import taxes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

No return is allowed unless defects are reported with the item. We don't allow return for incompatibility, misunderstanding caused by unclear description. We are trying our best to describe out items clearly by demonstrating pictures and using information provided by manufacturers or other online resources. Buyers should read item description carefully and send email to us to clarify any questions before making a bid. Should misunderstanding occur, we won't be able to allow return.  The item will be sent back to buyer at buyers' cost if it is tested working properly without the reported defects, no refund will occur.  Once the item is returned and defect is verified by our testing, we will ship a replacement item promptly. If buyer insists a refund instead of replacement item, we will only refund the price of the item, Shipping and Handling will not be refunded. All returned items must be the same condition as shipped in order to receive a refunds. No Refund after 7 days. No Exception.

WARRANTY

We warranty all of our products for 20 days, unless specifically stated in the item description. You should report any defects within 7 days from delivery so as for us to proceed the replacement or refund process.  We'll refund your return shipping cost.
