1.  HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE ?

      We ship packages within 48 hours of receiving payment. Items usually takes 4~7 business

      days to arrive.

      If you have not received your items after 7 days, please contact us and your local post

      office with your tracking number.

      Buyers must pay within 10 days of the auction's end. We will file an unpaid item dispute if

      payment is not received by then.

      If you want to cancel your purchase, you can pay a US$10 relisting fee.

3.  MUST I PAY EXTRA FOR INSURANCE OR HANDLING FEES ?

      No need – insurance is included in the register mail shipping fee. Just pay the item's price and the shipping fees as indicated.
　

4.   WHEN AND WHERE I CAN TRACK MY PACKAGE ?

      We will send a tracking number to you by paypal and email once your package is shipped.

      After 2-3 days. You can track it online at your country's postal website. You can also track

      your package at HongKong's postal website in English.
