Q:What are the setup fees for the site? How much do I have to pay
above the cost of the auction?
A: NOT A DIME! Your final bid price is the cost of one ECommerce Shopping Cart Site and one
year of hosting. However, you will have to purchase a domain name if
you do not already have one. If you don't have a domain name, we will be
happy to assist you in selecting a company in which to purchase a domain name.
Not all Domain Resellers are the SAME! If you have any questions as to which Domain Reseller
we recommend, we will be HAPPY to assist! We do NOT sell domain names, we are NOT affiliated with
ANY Domain Sellers, but LONG experience has shown us who the GOOD ONES ARE!
Q:Do I have to stay with your service past the one year?
A: You are not obligated to us in any way. You will recieve on year of free
hosting. Within that year, you may move your site at any time. Please bear
in mind we do not offer transfer assistance.
Q:How do I receive Technical Support?
A: Technical Support is available by email 24/7. Our response time is usually less
than one hour. Many times we will send out an advance notice if there is planned maintenance
on our servers that will shut the services off for more than a few minutes.
Q: Is this site simple to operate? Can I put my own Templates on this site?
A: The site is completely ready to go 'AS IS'. However, if you wish to make changes (add Templates of your own), there
is a small learning curve. We have step by step tutorials to assist you with this. We do not provide assistance in changing your products, but
the tutorials will show you how simple it is!
Q:How long does it take to set up a site?
A: It usually takes 1-3 days for a site to be set up. We set up the site
within a few hours of purchase and receiving your domain name,
but it takes the nameservers 24-72 hours to update their servers.
Q: Will you change the domain name for me after you have set up the website if I decide I like another domain name better?
A: We cannot change the domain name for you after the website is set up. Many websites require extensive editing and database changes involving the
domain name after the website is set up, and we cannot take the risk of damaging your website after setup.
Q:Who owns the scripts and graphics?
A: YOU own the scripts and graphics, to do whatever you like. However, you do not own the
RESALE rights to the site. You may sell the site and the domain, but you may not sell it
more than once. Simply put, you purchased the licence for ONE website and may not sell
the scripts multiple times.
Q:OK, What's the catch? Most of the other auctions have 'transfer fees' and 'setup fees' disguised
as shipping. What's your catch?
A: THERE IS NO CATCH! The only payments you are responsible for is the domain name (typically less than $10)
and the price of the auction! To us it's HORRIBLE that other places charge for fees that should be part of the
auction and by disguising them as 'transfer fees' and 'shipping' they disguise the 'true price' of their merchandise!
At Niccell, it's easy! NO SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR ANY REASON! PERIOD! NEVER!
Q: How long does it take to set up the site once I win the auction? How do the communications work?
A: Once you have paid by PayPal, I will get ahold of you within a few hours. PLEASE PAY within 3 Business
Days. Here is what is needed:
A Domain Name. I will be HAPPY to assist you in obtaining a domain name. I have an EXCELLENT SOURCE for
domain names. NOT ALL DOMAIN SELLERS ARE ALIKE! If you are not familiar with obtaining domain names, PLEASE
contact us PRIOR to purchasing one. I will assist you.
A reliable email address. PLEASE check your 'bulk' folders if you do not hear from me within a few hours.
If I don't hear from you, I will send a message through the EBay system. Once your domain is resolved,
I set your site up the SAME DAY! IMPORTANT: The site is not yours, nor do I begin charging, until I send you
an email confirming your site is ready.
Q: Are the graphics and animations simple to change?
A: The graphics and animations will require a professional programmer/web designer to alter or change. A knowledge of graphic arts is required. We
deliver the site as advertised, with all graphics intact.
Q: What type of technical support do you provide?
A: We stand behind what we sell. We have our OWN servers for our websites, and I don't mind spending the
extra money on it to keep my clients satisfied. As these sites are very low cost, we cannot provide any graphic arts/website design
assistance, but we are ALWAYS available to answer questions! PLUS we have an EXTENSIVE tutorial website that we own that will be made
