1951 Vintage Infant Care Government Publication

This government soft covered book was published in the early fifties for the edification of new mother.  It is stapled together and all the pages are present and in fairly good shape considering it's age.  The cover show wear, foxing, creases and some tearing.  The inside is better.  Published by the SOcial Security Administration Children's Bureau it is labeled Publication No. 8.  Topics include smallpox, a mother who works outside, employing healthy maids, and plenty of cod liver oil from two months on!! Plentyh of black and white illustrations from the period. This would make a wonderful and amusing shower or new baby gift, or just for the collector.  Please ask questions.
