This phone has been fitted with a high quality new housing and looks
new.
Although we sell almost exclusively
refurbished cell phones, we occasionally get brand new phone.
This phone is brand new from RIM and has never been used. The
information in the "About Us" Section below is our standard
information for our refurbished cell phones. Because this
product is new, we guarantee this phone to be free from defects
for 90 days, NOT the 14 day warranty as set forth below.
This Phone and its ESN have been cleared with Verizon for activation with any existing, or new, Verizon cell phone plan; either as a replacement or additional phone. We guarantee it will activate.
PLEASE NOTE:
It is REQUIRED by Verizon that you
have the BlackBerry data feature on your plan in order to
activate this phone. Verizon DOES charge a monthly fee to

Policies
1. We strive to
provide accurate descriptions of the cell phones that we sell, and
are we stand behind them, however, should you receive a phone that
is not as described, we will be happy to replace it for you.
While we are fully prepared to replace any part of your purchase if
it is not as described, and even help you activate your phone with
your carrier, we do not offer refunds unless a replacement is
unavailable. In this case we will refund the cost of the phone
only.
Our Warranty period
is for 14 days from the day that you receive the phone. The
purpose of the return period is to give you ample time to thoroughly
test the phone. We are unable to extend the warranty beyond
this time.
Please note, if we
receive the phone back and it does not have the problem complained
of or shows signs of excessive wear, we will resend you the phone
back and no replacement will be offered. Please make sure that
you want the phone before bidding, eBay is wonderful place to buy a
cell phone, however, we do incur substantial eBay fees and shipping
charges to send you the phone.

2. We thoroughly test
every function of the phones that we sell to insure that they work.
Nevertheless, a recent trend in cell phones usage is that more
people are using the non-voice features on cell phones, such as the
Internet browser, text messaging, picture messaging, downloadable
ringtones, downloadable wallpaper, etc. We do provide links to
user manuals, however, due to long customer service calls seeking
training and assistance on these features, we are unable to provide
assistance or to warrant these features.
We do warrant the
voice calling and receiving on the phone, that the phone is eligible
for activation, and that the display is good, and looks as described
in our ad. Please make sure the phone you are purchasing has the
features you desire.
Obviously, we are
unable to warranty damages caused by misuse of the phone including
damage from water and physical damage. If you drop and break your
phone, it is not covered.
On all refurbished
phones that we sell, we warranty that they are free from blemishes,
no scratches or scuffs, or other signs of noticeable wear, we do not
warranty, however, the exact shade of color or minor variations in
housing fit that do not effect the function of the phone.

Shipping Instructions: Please Read
1. Overnight service is available, but please note that
FedEx Charges and additional $15.00 for any Saturday delivery. An Overnight shipment placed Friday or a 2nd day shipment placed Thursday will arrive Monday, not Saturday,
unless you select the Saturday shipping option. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes so please make sure you have a street address if you select
shipping through FedEx.
2. We ship the vast majority of our orders the same day we receive payment. If payment is received after 7:00 PM Eastern Time or 4:00 Pacific, it may ship the next business day. We ship USPS orders 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday.
3. If you pay via eCheck, it takes several business days to clear our account. We are unable to ship until payment has cleared.
