VINTAGE BATTERY OPERATED MODEL A OR T COUPE CAR TIN TOY

VINTAGE 1950's atomic tin model T or A automobile made in Japan by Alps. I am relatively sure he would work if you have good strong batteries. requires 2 D cell (flashlight) batteries and my flash light is so close to being dead, they are not firing up the car. This is a rare estate find and though it is missing a top rail from the top it is in great condition for its age. a hair line scratch on back (see pic), 1 small one below the windsheild, and some light wear to bottom plate. No oxidation what so ever. only needs a light dusting. It has cool red intake pipes on top of the engine, lantern style lights, cool pipes running down the sides, and some awesome fenders. no dings. simulated woody wood on top and nice tin upholstery inside. Its about the size of a 1:25 car measuring in at 10 & 1/4 inches long x 5 inches tall or high not including the rail. so rare that if you need parts you better grab him. has usual overall light scratches (pen head size here or there) and wear from light use. It was very loved and sat in an older gentlemans collection until he died and they sold all the cars. You can almost hear the uga of the horn when you look at it. The ol gentleman owned a real life size 31 dodge and this toy reminds me of it. This rare antique auto toy would be a great addition to any restoration collection, toy car assortment, or transportation automobilia display. ;Please ask ALL questions BEFORE bidding using the item title as I rarely have more than one.
