Shipping

Our shipping and packing fees are determined by the shipped weight & dimensions of the item. Items are prepared for shipment in our store, we use first-quality materials and professional packing services. Our packing fees are included and designed to cover these costs, plus a handle charge.

We do not combine shipping for multiple orders.

We require insurance on most items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items.

A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions

We ship only via USPS unless otherwise stated in the description section of this listing.  We do reserve the right to utilize an alternative shipping method if your item will not be covered under the carrier's declared value terms & conditions. AGAIN SHIPPING COST AND HANDLE FEES ARE CHARGE....

Return Policy

 Please view all photographs and read the description and terms before bidding to be sure that the item is exactly what you want.   Please ask questions and we will do our best to answer them as quickly and accurately as possible. If return We do have a $5.00 restocking fee, and shipping and handles charge are non refundable. We would ask that you used the Shipping Insurance, IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING INSURANCE WE ARE NOT RESPONDABLE FOR MISSING AND DAMAGE ITEMS.....  WE NOT accept returns on them. We are not able to test every function of an item. These items are sold “as is”. 

 Only if we missed represent the item we will take returns you should contact us thru email at   tinahailey@yahoo.com to initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/declared value charges. Original shipping & handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. We security mark all items before shipping. Prior to refunding payments, we must verify security markings and compare pre-auction photos of the item.
