Here is a Nice CLEAN ORIGINAL USA PROMO 45 from JOHNNY RIVERS.

1965-66 ... Charted #31 POP.

IMPERIAL # 66144.

This 45 will come in its IMPERIAL Company sleeve and will be packaged in a protective plastic cover. 

Labels:  A Side is visible in the scan. B Side is CLEAN.

Condition of this 45 (Visually Graded): Nice Near MINT/ MINT.
