System Details:

1. Beach Volleyball Net (1)

i) 32' x 3' poly netting (2.5mm) – 2" coloured double stitched tapes all around with reinforced corners. White poly-coated 1100lb test aircraft cable along top tape for enabling excellent tension, rope along bottom. Tie-backs in each corner to prevent sag or slack along net length.

2. Support Posts (2) – four sections each.

i) 18 gauge high strength galvanized corrosion resistant steel (1½" O.D.) and powder coated black. Enables superior tension and stress forces without the worry of the posts bending/buckling under strain. Each post is pre-measured for net heights that adhere to official FIVB regulations for age group play – from 2.00m to 2.43m.

ii) Eye Bolts (8) – 2½" x ¼" #20 Zinc plated corrosion resistant steel w/ nylon threaded Nuts (8) ¼" #20.

iii) Snap Hooks (2) – 100mm x 10mm Zinc plated corrosion resistant steel. Both the Eye Bolts and Snap Hooks provide superior strength in resisting tension force through net and posts when the anchor straps are tightened to their maximum allowable.

iv) Post Base (2) – half spheres, rubber molded and coloured fleece coated exterior. Prevents sinking of posts into soft soil base.

3. Anchor Straps – (6) – three per side.

i) A systems anchors are what separates the professionals from the amateurs. Most systems only incorporate two (2) 'guy lines' or ropes per side. MVPro goes the extra distance and provides THREE (3) ANCHORS AND STRAPS per side! Each anchor strap is made of non-stretching, weather resistant, 1" polypropelene orange webbing for high strength, safety, and visibility and comes with a zinc plated, corrosion resistant, 900lb test, steel cam buckle. All anchor strap loops are embroidered with MVPro Logo.

4. Anchor Strap Pegs – (6)

i) THREE (3) PER SIDE of 2" x 16'' of high strength, light weight, impact resistant, high visibility, orange plastic. This provides ultimate holding strength and net tension in soft and/or firm sand/soil and long life when exposed to sand and moisture.

5. Boundary Lines – (1)

i) Non-stretching, weather resistant, polypropelene highly visible orange webbing. Each section is joined by a 2" (I.D.) Zinc plated 'O' ring and each loop is embroidered with the MVPro Logo for easy demarcation of corners/center line. Boundary line sizes come in either 1" or 2" widths and ONE of: 8m only court (for 2vs2 players, 9m only court (for 3-6 players games, OR 8-9m adjustable court for full flexibility. Each section of the adjustable 8m-9m court is also at the 8m and 9m markers for easy adjustments to the correct size - and the markers will NEVER wear off! (Note: the court CAN go smaller – 4.5m x 4.5m if desired – with a lower net height as well – for play with smaller children).

6. Boundary Line Pegs – (6)

i) 8" of high strength, non-corrosive aluminum for long lasting use in variable weather conditions.

7. Boundary Line Bungees - (4)

i) 1/4" Elastic Shock Cord with White/black nylon cover and both ends with Black Delrin hook and tongue clips.

8. Boundary Line/Anchor Strap Storage Caddy – (2)

i) Medium strength weather resistant plastic. Makes for easy and tangle free storage of the anchor straps and boundary lines.

9. Duffle Bag – (1)

i) Each MVPro Beach Volleyball bag features: 30" x 14" x 14" measurements, made of Black 600 Denier Polyester with moisture resistant PVC backing, single top zipper closure, carry handles and an adjustable removable shoulder strap, interior nylon zippered pocket, embroidered with the MVPro Logo on one exterior side. This material is very strong and resistant to water and sand.

9. Hammer – (1)

i) Makes driving anchor strap pegs and boundary line pegs into the court surface easy.

10. Wrench – (1)

i) Makes altering the height of the Eye Bolts (net height) in the Support Posts a SNAP!
