Please check the book condition as listed at the top of the page with the general information about the book prior to placing your order. New - Book is new, no damage to cover. Could have slight wear from being on a retail shelf, but it would be very minor. Like New - Slight scratches or damage on cover, book is new - no tears or rips Very Good - More scraches or damage on cover, book is new, may have small tear on dust jacket or dented corners Good - Scratches, tear on dust jacket, damage on cover, perfect for reading and reference - no damage to binding or inside pages. Book is new and unread, just damaged in transit. Acceptable - Damage to internal pages, no missing pages, but may have bent or repaired pages, no writing, may be missing dust jacket, may be missing CD.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via the methods available within eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback. Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment.

The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
