This case is not made of cheap cardboard, it is made of the same material that is used to manufacture expensive luggage, and is extremely lightweight as well as easy to carry. The heavier cases, which appear expensive, are in fact much cheaper, and are made of regular wood or plastic. This case has an elastic metallic frame inside, and even if it's bent, it comes back to it's original shape. Because of this design, it absorbs all impacts instead of passing it inside to the trumpet and hence protecting your trumpet from damage. SHIPPING:

"TRISTAR" ships ALL items by express air courier shipping from it's warehouse in India. No extra surcharge is payable for our standard SUPERFAST deliveries. If you are buying from the U.S.A., all packages will be delivered by DHL usually within 5 business days from the date of the order. There can be delays in exceptional cases, and in case your item has not been delivered in over 7 business days, please contact us. If you are not in the U.S.A., delivery may take a day or two extra depending on the length of customs formalities in your country and may be by an alternate courier.

Due to our efficient automated systems which work round the clock, "TRISTAR" offers among the best turnaround times in the industry (quickest payment to delivery times) and at most times, we can deliver quicker than if you bought from the same country.

PAYMENT TERMS:

You can make payments by PayPal or wire transfer to our bank account in Europe or the U.S.A.

IMPORT DUTIES:
