If you are outside the U.S., your country may charge import duty on this item. There is nothing we can do about this. You may return any auction or store item for a full refund within fourteen calendar days of receipt.  Please allow up to fourteen calendar days for us to process your refund.  WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS  ON CUSTOM LENSES, REPAIRS, AND INSTALLED ACCESSORIES. We do not pay return shipping. For Priority and Express we ship every business day, usually the day after your payment clears. For lower cost shipping methods, we ship Tuesday and Friday. We do not ship Surface to Italy, sorry. Please allow extra time if you are in Italy. Ebay no longer allows customers or sellers to choose whether to purchase or offer insurance on a per item/ per sale basis. Insurance is now completely up to the seller to provide if they wish. Because only a small minority of our customers use insurance, and because the cost of adding it to every sale is substantial, we have decided to include insurance for International shipments, but not for domestic. So we can no longer offer you the domestic option of insuring your package. Our customers have indicated that they would prefer this to the higher shipping rates we would have to charge to provide it on every package. We will still provide Delivery Confirmation on all domestic packages.

Terms of Sale

• Please pay within 48 hours if possible. If you need longer please let us know.
  
• We accept returns for any reason as long as the item is in the same condition as shipped.
  • Must not be broken
  • Must be postmarked no later than 7 days after delivery.
  • If  you are returning something because you don't like it, we refund 100% of the auction fee, but no shipping.
  • If we misrepresented the item (listing error, etc), we will also refund 100% of the shipping in both directions.
  • If you are returning an item for fit, please try having it adjusted locally by an optician before returning it. Most eyewear requires adjustment to fit correctly.
    
    

About Us

WHAT WE SELL
The eyewear we offer for sale on Ebay is either restored or is new unsold stock. We take pride in the work we do in the preservation of old eyeglasses. We use our thirty-five years of experience to inspect every aspect of every frame - new or not.  

CIRCULATED FRAMES
The majority of the circulated frames we get have defects beyond repair and are rejected. The rest are taken apart, cleaned, sterilized, polished, and trued. They are then reassembled, using new screws, nose pads, temple covers and other parts as necessary. Finally, the frame is given a final cleaning and adjustment.
By the time we finish restoring a frame, it is as good as it can be.

"NEW OLD STOCK"
Even frames that have never been out of their original package can change over time. Pressure from other frames in the box and changes in temperature and humidity can cause shape changes, throwing the frame out of adjustment. Metal parts such as hinges can tarnish and become stiff. If a plastic frame has been stored for many decades, the plastic may dehydrate and contract or, in extreme cases, begin to deteriorate (and smell like vinegar).
So even with "New Old Stock", we careful inspect each frame and make sure it is solid and in original factory adjustment.
