Return Policy

Your satisfaction with your order is very important to us.  If you are unhappy with your purchase we do accept returns.  All returns must be returned in the exact condition in which they were sold.  If you do choose to return a product for any reason shipping is the responsibility of the buyer to send the item back to us.  It will also be the buyer's responsibility to pay any shipping charges if you would like to exchange your item.  If a mistake is made on our end we will take care of the shipping charges in full.  All returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of the item being delivered. Buyer will need to contact us prior to returning the item and will need to receive a return authorization number. We will provide detailed information on where to send the item back to us.  Please allow us 5 business days to process your return, inspect the item, to send you a replacement, or refund your purchase. Once you return your item please do not email regarding the status of the return. Returns usually take 2-5 business days to process once we receive the item.

Q: Do you combine shipping on orders?

A:  You bet we do, but only if the orders are paid for at the same time on the same invoice.  Once you have won a shoe on auction or committed to buy one from our store you have 7 days from when the 1st shoe ended to pay.  If you win other auctions or decide to buy  more shoes during that 7 day period, that is okay.  You can add shoes to your invoice up until the 7th day from when your first item ended.  If you pay for your items at the same time shipping will automatically combine on your invoice.  We only allow up to 4 different line items per invoice.

Q:  Do you have a particular item in stock?

A:  We only have items that are listed in our eBay store in stock.  If an item is not listed is our eBay store, it is not available for purchase.

Q:  How does the US size convert to other countries size conversions?

A:  We can only guarantee the U.S. size.  All of our shoes convert differently based on brand and style.  Please go off of the U.S. size when ordering.

Q:  Will you decrease the item value or mark the item as a gift for shipping?

A:  Under no circumstances will we lower the item value below what you paid....or mark the item as a gift!

Q:  What color is this item?

A:  While we do try to include a main color in the description of our items.  We recommend that you go off of the picture in the listing.

Q:  Do you offer any other methods of shipping or shipping prices?

A:  We only offer the shipping methods and prices in our listing.

All items ship immediately after payment is received. Items ordered over the weekend will be packaged and shipped on Monday.

We ship via UPS GROUND, UPS 2nd day air, UPS 3 day select, and USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL.

• Please allow 3-5 business days for domestic shipping and at least 10 business days for international shipments. 
• Through our checkout process all orders that are completed when you begin checkout with automatically combine for combined shipping! 
• When your item is shipped you will receive an email within 24 hours with your shipping details. 
• If you have not yet received shipping information please do not email us until at least 72 hours after payment. 

  INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

• WE REQUIRE THAT ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED TO YOUR CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS.  IF YOU CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED AND REFUNDED. 
  
  
• WE ALSO REQUIRE THAT ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS THAT ARE MORE THAT $250 AFTER SHIPPING COSTS MUST BE SHIPPED EXPRESS MAIL WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. 

**ALSO, WE WILL NOT MARK ITEMS AS GIFTS, OR DECREASE CUSTOMS VALUES.  IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES THAT BECOME DUE ON THEIR SHIPMENT.**

You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay store. You have 7 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order.
