      • Defective product must be sent back to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order. Once received we will test to confirm the item is defective and then send out your replacement item.
      • There are no returns/exchanges/refunds for Japanese Import games, repair parts, or software incompatibility issues such as NTSC vs. PAL .
      • In the event that your order requires an exchange or refund we do require the return Shipping costs to be paid unless you received the incorrect item as a result of our error. We will only reimburse return shipping costs if and when the item is returned to us via the most economical shipping method available.
