We will ship items out within two business days via Fedex ground. The regular shipping is 3-6 working days by FedEx ground.

We send a total of two packages and provide tracking info as soon as your packages have been picked up at our warehouse.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not happy with any item for any reason, simply return it within 7 days of receipt.

  • Email for a return authorization number.
  • The RA number must be on the outside of the box.
  • Item to be returned must be in new condition.
  • All returned items will be assessed a 15% restocking fee and any shipping charges.
  • Any order cancelled after it has been shipped will be charged a $120.00 freight charge (both inbound and outbound) and restocking fees.
  • Include the original packing slip with a brief note on the reason for the return.
