This listing is for a brand new INNOTEK SMART DOG SD-2000 BASIC CONTAINMENT SYSTEM.

The Smart Dog SD-2000 Basic In-ground Pet Fencing System is designed for yards up to 5 acres in size. The ultra-economical SD-2000 features a water-resistant battery-operated collar receiver to offer secure, reliable containment. Run-through prevention (correction gradually increases as your pet approaches the boundary wire) and a timeout between corrections help your dog learn his limits quickly and safely. Includes 500’ of single-conductor ground wire, indoor wall-mounted transmitter, one collar receiver with neck strap, boundary wire, battery, training support 800 number, complete installation instructions, training/installation DVD, boundary flags, and accessories. This easy-to-install in-ground fencing system provides superior performance over all other replaceable-battery systems on the market. It is ideal for yards from 1/4 to 5 acres in size. The lightweight, 2.5 oz. water-resistant collar receiver can be used with dogs as small as eight pounds and operates on a 6-volt alkaline battery (included).

Shipping charges depend upon the weight, size, and destinations of shipments. Shipping for large over-sized items is based on dimensional weight.

Tracking numbers will be sent by e-mail as soon as we receive them. **Note: There are some instances when the item is shipped directly from the manufacturer that we do not receive tracking information.

Most of our items are in stock and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. However, special items may require 7 to 21 days for delivery.

In the rare situation that an item is not in stock because of a manufacturer outage, we will contact you immediately, keep you posted as to the status of the order and will ship your order as soon as possible. If you do not want to wait for your item, we will also offer you the option of receiving a refund and will try to find another source for you.

UPS Over Sized Freight Policy:
Shipping & handling charges are based on the shipping weight and destination of the products ordered. UPS Over sized items require additional shipping & handling charges and are excluded from the free freight policy. "UPS Over sized rates are determined by package size. If a package is 84"-108" in length and girth combined, UPS charges an "Over sized package rate of 30 lbs (even if the item weighs significantly less than 30 lbs); if a package is 109"-165" in length and girth combined, UPS charges an Over sized package rate of 70 lbs (even if the item weighs significantly less than 70 lbs).

If you would like to return your item, we will accept postage paid returns ONLY after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Please email us to request authorization and further instructions within 48 hours of delivery. Item must be returned within 30 days in order to receive a refund.

All returned items must be in new, resalable condition including all hardware and instructional components and in original packaging (if applicable).

Refunds provided less shipping/handling/insurance/restocking costs. If returning item that included FREE shipping, we will deduct the original amount that we paid to ship from refund.

For your own protection, we suggest that you return the item with a delivery confirmation, insurance or signature receipt to ensure that we receive the return. We can't be responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.

These items are subject to a Restocking Fee if they can be returned to our inventory. Items displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund.
