Our Shipping Charges:

·  Note: If First Class Mail option is available and chosen, then your item will be shipped uninsured and without tracking unless the buyer pays for these options.  We will not be responsible for uninsured lost or damaged mail.  Priority and higher mailing classes will include tracking without additional cost.  Insurance may be listed as optional or required. We reserve the right to add tracking to any order.

1. If FREE SHIPPING is offered, it is for domestic continental US destinations only.  Alaska, Hawaii, and Terratories must use paid shipping and handling.  International sales will also be charged shipping and handling.  We reserve the right to substitute FedEx Ground in place of UPS Ground at our discretion.  We also reserve the right to upgrade shipping to USPS Priority or Express mail at our choosing.  If we choose to upgrade the mailing service there will be no additional cost to you.

2. Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax to grand total.  No local pick up.

3. Please contact us via e-mail within 3 days after end of auction if not paid by then.

4. Payment must be received within 10 days after end of auction. If payment is not received within 10 days, we must relist the item and request credit from ebay. We operate our business Monday - Friday.  If payment is made via Paypal by 6PM ET on a business day, we usually ship the following business day.  Holidays or other circumstances may occasionally cause a departure from our normal shipping schedule.

5. Please pay by Visa/MC through Paypal (preferred). 

International Shipping:

If the total of all items purchased exceeds $40.00, First Class Mail is not available.

If the total of all items purchased exceeds $70.00, Insurance will be required.

If the total of all items purchased exceeds $100.00 and the package is going internationally, Express Mail and Phone Number will be required.

Feedback -

·  Please note that with eBay's new feedback system, any feedback less than a 5 is like a negative to a Seller's scores.  Even a 4 rating means that the Seller is below eBay's new standards and can be barred from selling on eBay.  We politely ask that you please keep this in mind when giving feedback.

·  Due to our volume, our policy is to leave feedback to all who leave us feedback.  We do this about once per week.

Returns -

If sold under the 7 day guarantee, the item may be returned if not as described in the ad. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery date to claim DOA status. We must receive the item within 10 days of your claim. Upon receipt of the returned item we will ship a replacement or refund at our discretion. Original Shipping and Handling will not be refunded. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items found to be non-defective will be subject to a 15 percent restock fee ($5.00 minimum).

Compatibility of any product is solely the purchasers responsibility.  All information presented in this auction has been taken from internet sources and may or may not be accurate.  Please check with your manufacturer for compatability before bidding.
