You may return your product for any reason for a full 
refund less shipping expenses. 
Refunds must meet the following requirements:
1. Product must be in the same condition that you 
received it. You can not return used pepper spray.
2. Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
3. Return must include eBay item number, your 
eBay user name, and brief reason for return, i.e. 
defective, unsatisfied, etc..
4. It is not required but can be very helpful if you 
include your phone number and/or email address.
