This is a Sachtler Hot-Pod Tripod /Professional Fluid Video Head. The tripod head seems to be 7+7 FLUID HEAD. It is a complete professional tripod. It is in working condition and no functional problems. The body of the tripod has scratches or signs of use as normal tripods will have. Please see the photos for details.

This is a heavy duty tripod for professional big video cameras. It is not for portable size consumer or pro-sumer camcorders. This tripod has center column that can adjust the height. This center column can be raised very high. So the tripod will be very high if the leg fully extended and the center column fully raised.
