Be sure you read and understand the return policy before ordering. By ordering from Body Nook you agree to the following terms:

* Before returning any item you must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number.
* Please email us within 3 days of receiving your item. Include your order #, Name, Phone Number and the problem. We will contact you to let you know how to proceed. Any unauthorized returns will be discarded or may be returned to you for a shipping charge.
* All returns must reach us within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange.
* Item must be unworn with all tags attached and all original packaging included. Item must be in resalable condition.
* No items will be accepted for exchange that smells of smoke, perfume or any other odors, regardless if the item has not been worn.
* Due to government health regulations there are no returns or exchanges on any thongs, panties, petticoats, stockings or hats.
* Shoes must be unworn in the original box with all packaging & tags to be eligible for refund or exchange.
* Any item received without an RA # will not be exchanged.
