Insurance is optional but recommended. Once item leaves seller's possession, seller is no longer responsible for lost or damaged product during shipment.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS- Please read:

Combined shipping discount of $2.00 off each additional item is gladly offered for items purchased within the same day.

Once buyer pays for invoice and no arrangement was made to purchase more items, buyer is giving seller permission to ship item. Once item ships (with no arrangement), buyer will not qualify for combined shipping discount. Making arrangements prevent shipment of first item so additional items can be combined.
Tracking number cannot be purchased when using First Class Mail International. It is only available on Priority Mail International packages so buyer has to upgrade to Priority Mail Intl and purchase tracking number for additional fees. If tracking number is not purchased, seller can provide the custom number which can only specify the date and time the package was accepted at the post office not the current location of the package. According to USPS, they do not have additional information on the package's location once it leaves the U.S. so it would be impossible for the seller to provide a package's location without purchasing a tracking number.

Insurance is not offered. Once item leaves seller's possession, seller is no longer responsible for lost or damaged product during shipment.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
