Bonnet is a true red with deep purple trim and lace.

(Reds tend to look orange on some monitors)

  This lovely spoon bonnet is a custom made in RED with PURPLE lace trim.

Our bonnets can be made in most colors, and we have many styles of bonnets.

This bonnet was designed for Red Hat Society members, but can be used by other reenactors or cosplay events. The bonnet is very rich and frothy. The lace adds that confectionary treatment that was standard on the lavish costumes of the 1800's.We make this bonnet to be worn with lovely day dresses and costumes that cross into many historical periods.  As you can see, the bonnet will add lots of charm to  any appropriate Civil War Victorian Dickens SASS historical reenactment costume. 

Bonnet is quilted to prevent fabric from sagging, and helps bonnet to hold shape for years.Bonnet has Timetex, batting, and buckram interlining for shaping and molding. Bonnet is bordered in deep purple plum velvet. Sash-ties are made from red satin ribbon. Decorative bows add the finishing touch.

Bonnet matches our red cape with black antique velvet trim(below) shown in a separate listing.

This cape can be trimmed in the purple velvet trim to match the bonnet. The cape is lined in red.

Bonnet will fit most adult sizes. Cape is one size fits all.

This bonnet is ready to ship 2 to 3 days after payment has been made.
