Where's My Proof?
After I receive all your information. I will send you an email to the address you provide with a proof within 24-48hrs. Make any changes needed to your invitations or party favors. We will work with you until your invitations or party favor are perfectly suits your needs. We pride ourselves on having a quick turn around on all out items (see our feedback.). Please check your junk or spam mail if you do not see your proof within this time frame. Once we receive your approval to print . Your invitations will be mailed with 1-2 business days based on your response to our emails and shipping cut off times. Rush Orders!!! Please contact me first and let us know you need a Rush Order!!!
All items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail to Paypal registered mailing addresses. You must insure your address is current with paypal or at checkout. We are not responsible if your item is shipped and returned to us as undeliverable. Buyer will have to pay reshipping fees for redelivery.
Replacement orders for items that have been lost or damaged are only offered for orders that have purchased insurance. It’s not require but we strongly recommended to purchase insurance.
Once items are shipped we will have no control over when your items will arrive and are not responsible for delays caused by the USPS. You are responsible to choose the best shipping option for you.
