It is a 1996 Third Issue in "The Miracle Of Christmas" collection.  It comes in Original box with Certificate Of Authenticity. It is beautifully embellished with a  Border decorated with 22kt. Gold. This plate plays "Hark The Herald Angels Sing". It is "8 Round and in Perfect Condition. If you have any questions please ask.
