If you need to return an item you will need to contact Body Nook first. Any shoes/boots returned to Body Nook without authorization will be refused.
A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns unless it is due to a defective item or a shipping error. Once you receive authorization you have 7 days to return the item.

* Shoes must be unworn in the original box with all packaging & tags to be eligible for refund or exchange.
* Any item received without an RA # will not be refunded or exchanged.
* Please insure any items you are returning and keep your receipt along with your tracking number. We are not responsible for any package that is lost or damaged in the mail.
* Shipping & Handling charges are non refundable under any circumstances.

Worn items will NOT be accepted unless Body Nook determines that the shoe is defective. Any worn shoe returned without authorization will be returned at customer's expense.
