Specializing in upscale fashions, Retrouve la Mode likes to offer only new with/without tag quality merchandise and I will only sell pre-owned conditioned items if it is an exceptional piece. The pre-owned category item still has to meet my strict criteria for sale. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being new with tags, the item has to be an 8 or better for me to offer it for sale. This means you should see no pilling, no odors, no wear under the arms, no stains, no missing ribbons or buttons, etc. and if it does have a defect, it has to be barely discernible for me to feel comfortable selling it to you. Basically, the item has to be almost perfect for me to offer it as a pre-owned item. I want you to be happy with your purchase and try to find a wide range of items for everyone. From career wear to the club scene, I hope you'll find something from Retrouve la Mode! Measuring: Bust measurements are made with the item laying on a flat surface and from under the arm across the chest to the other side. Waist or other areas with elastic are measured without stretching the item. Pants are from the inseam to the hem line. "Length" means from the shoulder to the hemline, unless it is an adjustable strap or strapless, then it is measured from under the arm to the hemline.
