Product has been tested to ensure proper operation and comes with the manufacturer's warranty. Product may be missing the owner's manual. Product damage is from shipping or warehouse damage. We do not have any pictures available for this classification of products. We are not able to provide damage descriptions other than what's mentioned in this ad. Product/s are guaranteed to work.

These wine coolers are brand new and have never been used. They have all been returned due to minor freight damage. They are in good functional condition. Damage is cosmetic only and consists of scratches and dents to outside cabinet. Dents will not exceed 3/8” in depth or 4” to 6” in diameter. Scratches will not exceed 18” in length. There is no damage to glass doors, interior cabinet, or any damage that will affect the mechanical function or performance of the unit. All units are thoroughly tested and inspected before shipment.

Returns are not accepted for Scratch & Dent products unless excessive freight damage occurs during shipment to final customer. Excessive freight damage would include broken glass or mechanical damage affecting performance of the unit.
