This record brings me back to my younger teenage years, because back then I was a fan. This was the first The writing on the back of the album jacket starts: “The year 1964 will go down in the annals of musical history as the age of the great British invasion. Although surprised themselves that they’d finally cracked the American market, most English groups questioned simply stated that they were paying the Colonies back for the American Revolution.” The writing goes on to introduce us to Herman’s Hermits as a group and individually, as well as tidbits about the guys. It mentions that the five boys paid their first visit to the United states in December 1964 when they did a guest shot on the popular TV show, Shindig. Do any of you remember Shindig? Near Mint – Nearly perfect, shows no obvious signs of wear. Excellent – Near Mint but with one or two minor flaws. Very Good Plus – Shows some signs of being played but record has been taken good care of. Very Good – Like Very Good +, but maybe a bit more visible signs of use. Good + and Good – Record should be able to be played through, but will have some noise. I will not list records that do not meet the above grades. Records are visually graded, unless otherwise noted.
