Returns:
If an item arrives with noticeable external damage, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. Internal inspection
MUST be done while the driver is present. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS INTERNAL INSPECTION PROCEDURE. We
do come across defective items from time to time. All defective items will be handled through the manufacturer. We will work
with our clients and manufacturers to insure the item will be working. Non-defective returns are excepted, however there is a

Our return policy is that if for some reason other then it being deffective or damage, we will allow a return within 3 days of receiving the item. However you must return all the original contents and packaging with it. Please also be advised that the items have to shipped back to us 3 day air. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee for returned items and if the item is damaged due to shipping and handling ALL damages must be reported in 24hrs from the time it has arrived.
