RETURN POLICY

The buyer may return an item in its original conditions with the original shoe box/bag to us for refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving. Any worn or used item will NOT be accepted, and will be returned to the buyer. All returns must be authorized by us.

Return Procedures:

  • For the return from the US, please email us for asking Return Authorization. We will email you a pre-paid return label from FedEx to send the item back to us. For the return from the other than the US, the buyers must return the item with your own shipping costs.
  • Drop off the package at any FedEx location in your area in the US. FedEx can take up to 3-7 business days to get your package back to us. We will email you a receipt confirming the return / exchange as soon as it is processed.
  • Track your return by visiting www.fedex.com with your return tracking number.

Refund:
After a return has been received, it could take up to 5 business days to process. The refund will be credited to your Paypal account.

Exchange:
If the item you’d like to exchange is available when your return has been received, it will ship within 1-2 business days as soon as your payment for the 2nd shipment is confirmed. If the item is not available, a refund will be issued.
