Most of the products we sell, we have purchased through overstock sales, or other wholesale venues. Therefore, we are not an authorized dealer for the products we sell and that may or may not affect a factory warranty; it all depends on how the manufacturer distributes their products and if they use authorized dealers, if not, warranty is most likely still valid. We state in each of our auctions if a product is new, used, or returned.
Also, shipping insurance is optional on most items we sell, but we highly recommend that you purchase the insurance. We will not be responsible for damages incurred, or lost items, during shipping, although we package very well. And to make it very clear, when the package leaves our possession, and enters the shippers possession, we are no longer responsible for the package. Please use insurance. If quicker shipping options are needed, please contact us for quote. But, if either one is largely miscalculated, we will either contact the purchaser for the difference or to give a refund, which ever the case may be. We do not ship outside the united states.
We accept PayPal, or Cash Payment at time of Pick-Up.
Return or Refund Policy: If an item is sold without a return policy specified, it is sold as-is. If a return policy is offered on the item during the sale, it is good for the duration as is stated in the auction. After that point, it is as-is, and no returns will be given unless extra-ordinary circumstances arise, and that will be determined by the seller on a case by case basis, but should be considered as-is after stated return period.
Although we try to be as accurate as possible with our descriptions, and we do research the products we sell, we are not experts on all the products we sell, therefore, the description is as accurate as to the best of our knowledge when listing the product. We try to describe the items as detailed as possible, but, a small flaw may or may not be noticed, and the accuracy of our research is not guaranteed. We try to give model numbers and any other information that can be used by you for your own research before bidding, of which we highly encourage. If you find any information that differs from what we have described, we welcome helpful information and will revise our auction if needed and if possible. After bids are received, or getting close to end of auction, ebay does not allow revisions.
We are not authorized dealers or manufacturers of any of the products we sell, therefore, we cannot be responsible for the use, or misuse, or performance, or safety, or installation, or any other sort of risk associated with the use or performance of these products. In short, we will not be held liable for the use or misuse of any of the products we sell. If you do not accept our statement of liability, then do not bid on our products, or you will be accepting our statement of liability.
