BRAND NEW John Deere original equipment seat. The bolt pattern is to the center of the threaded holes in the bottom of the seat. You will notice the seat has a hole in the underside for the safety seat switch.

At our shop we some times have tractors that the holes do not line up. What we do is get a couple of pieces of strap steel with holes in it or drill them to fit (Home Depot has steel), bolt the straps across the seat and attach the brackets. If you are handy just about any seat will fit any tractor. If you are not handy please measure your tractor. 

Seat is approximately 11.5 inches high it will fit, La120,125,130,145,155,118.120,130 and many more.

See attached picture of 314 tractor with this seat installed. i like a deeper seat than the standard 300 series seat. to install this seat on the 312 to 318 tractor you just drill holes in the seat bracket. it literally takes 20 minutes and you have a great deep seat instead of the standard 300 series seat you always feel like you are falling out of.
