BRAND NEW John Deere original equipment seat. The bolt pattern is to the center of the threaded holes in the bottom of the seat. You will notice the seat has a hole in the underside for the safety seat switch.

 At our shop we some times have tractors that the holes do not line up. What we do is get a piece of strap steel with holes in it or drill them to fit (Home Depot has steel), bolt the straps across the seat and then drill our holes to fit the tractor bracket. If you are handy just about any seat will fit any tractor. If you are not handy please measure your tractor.

Seat is approximately 15 inches high it will fit, La120,125,130,145,155,118.120,130 and many more.

See attached picture of 314 Tractor with a low back seat installed that had the same bolt pattern. this seat will fit any 300 series from 312 to 318 with 20 minutes of drilling and installing time. all you have to do is drill holes in the seat brackets for front to back bolts the width is fine. it is a much better ride than the standard seat.
