Product Information - Don Din / Dong Ding is an Oolong tea from Taiwan, which comes from some tea plants that were taken from the Wuyi Mountains in China's Fujian province. The name of the tea means "Frozen Summit."  Floral with hints of honey and very long, sophisticated aftertaste that resembles honeydew melon, it is a popular choice for a gong fu cha ceremony.Brewing Tip - 1 Teaspoonful in a tea infuser, pour on boiling water and brew for 3 minutes.   One infuser of the tea can be used 3 or 4 times.
