I am an AAD analog recorded disc not a re master therefore my back liner states that I am a disc which has been transferred from analog tape and therefore may contain some tape hiss and other anomalies that exist with analog recordings. You will find that my CD has an almost perfect mirror finish which exhibits only 2 small surface scratches which did not affect my playability. The front of my CD is silver with Motown logo with map underlay in periwinkle blue and is flawless. I have both my original front and back liners and crystal clear jewel case. WHEN WE SHIP All our books are in stock and are shipped Monday through Friday from our location in Dallastown, Pennsylvania. Orders are processed in the order they are placed, except for Expedited orders. All orders placed before 3:30PM Eastern time will be shipped the same day unless the order was placed over the weekend. All orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday, except for Expedited orders will not be shipped nor leave our building until Monday. HOW WE SHIP Choice of STANDARD shipping is shipped via the USPS MEDIA MAIL system unless your purchase weighs less than 12 ounces then it goes 1st class USPS mail. Choice of Expedited shipping is via USPS Priority Mail Expected transit times for each shipping method are listed below. • Standard U.S.: 4 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days) includes Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO orders • Expedited U.S.: 2 to 6 business days after shipping • International Standard: 3 to 6 weeks ( may take 8 to 12 weeks due to customs delays) CANCELING YOUR ORDER If you wish to cancel your order with us for an immediate refund we must receive your request by 3:30 PM on the day you place the order, except for orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday which must be received by 3:30PM EST on Monday. Otherwise it has already shipped and can not be retrieved from the USPS. REFUNDS • Unfortunately due to the transferable nature of used media we pre-screen our products for verification of functionality; therefore DVD’s, VHS, CD’s, and Video Games returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the fees initially paid for shipping will not be refunded. • If your purchase does not arrive within the allotted shipping time frame please contact us so we can file the necessary paperwork with the USPS and either issue you a full refund or replacement. • If for any other reason you wish to return a product to us please notify us before shipping it back to us so we can ensure a smooth return process.
