It measures 7 1/2" by 7", and even though it's solid metal and heavy as hell, I can ship it anywhere in the U.S. via Flat Rate Priority for $11! The cattail is screwed in place through the backside, and moveable, so you can adjust it for daylight savings without re-positioning it! There are no makers marks that I can see on it. Any questions?
