I inherited this from my step mom. The dress looks to be in great condition. I dont see any defects and all fringe looks to hang perfect. I beleive as well does my daughter the dress is a size 3 or 4. The dress looks to be in like new condition inside and out. I was told be my step mom before she passed that the dress is from the 20's but I am not sure. It is very old as the tag shows it was made by "ladies garment makers" union made the tag also says. Please let me know if you have any questions and I will do my best to answer them.

 

As you can see below I just got a response showing the dress may be from the 60's to 80's. Sorry as I said before i dont know much about it.
