10' X 12' Overhead Garage Door Torsion Spring Roll Up

You are bidding on a used overhead door. It is in A- condition and the only reason for removing it and the walk-in door that is shown next to it, in the second picture, is because this shop is used for bringing in large vehicles such as roll-back trucks, and they are having a wider door installed in place of these two doors. The aluminum walk-in door is for sale in another auction.

This door is 10' wide by 12' tall. It has 12 windows in it that are 24" X 40" each, including the frame around them. It is a torsion spring door with very good rollers and it goes up and down with one hand no problem. The Ford dealership that this is coming out of just had all of their overhead doors adjusted and general maintanance done and it worked perfectly. I realize this does you no good since you will have to re-install it, but if done properly, it will work just as it should.

It was just removed two days ago and it is in the way ready to go. I almost always start my auctions at .99 and no reserve but on this one, it is starting at $200.00. Go price this door. If you can find an industrial door of this quality with this many lights in it for less than $1500.00, you better just buy it. Picture# 4 shows the weather stripping on the bottom is in perfect shape. Pictures# 9 & 10 show the trim around the windows. The sides and top trim on all of the windows are perfect but the sun has gotten to the bottom trim on some of the windows. Personally, I would throw that piece away, caulk it, and be done with it but it will be fine like it is. It also has the latch for locking it shown in picture# 7. It is all there just as you see it. You will get everything including the track.

I realize that timing is everything on an item like this. Not everyone needs this door. But, if you happen to need it right now or will need it in the near future and you win this for one bid, you have gotten yourself a ridiculously good deal. All that we ask is that you pay for it and come and get it in a timely manner. As stated above, this shop is in use and this door is in the way.
